Hi! Newbie here. I decided to join the forum because of this problem. Some phones can't connect to my AX10 i.e. my mom's Xiaomi Mi a2 lite and my gfriend's redmi note 5. I had the same problem before when i'm trying to connect my tapo p100. Although I fixed it and connected my tapo p100 successfully by disabling IP and mac binding. However, this solution did not resolve the issue on the said phones.

I remember before, my neighbor asked me to connect his old smart phone to our connection to contact their ISP because they lost theirs and it connected without a problem. I hope someone can help me with my problem. Thank you! Stay safe peeps!
