Hi please help after set up deco router has not internet connection. already connected to deco but i cannot connect to internet.

What the color of the LED light on the main Deco?
And who is your internet service provider; what kind of internet connection type did you use, dynamic IP, PPPoE, or something else?
Have you checked the internet service with your laptop to make sure there is nothing wrong with the modem?
