bought this model, compatible with mac osx High Sierra. installed driver. browse, OK: I can see the text. however, to download files, it does not end. stops the process at 80%. besides being very slow. I have experience with nano adapters (mini wi-fi) with this internet that I work with and always work normally. it will not work? your version is difficult to say. I don't see it in the manual or in the box I bought yesterday at FNAC. need to work. and it doesn't work as it should. thanks

May I know how long have you had the adapter? Did it work properly before on the mac osx High Sierra? What is the current version of the mac osx High Sierra?


What is the model number of the wireless router that this mac osx High Sierra connects to? How about the signal strength on it? Please ensure you can get a good signal when you download the files, you may try to adjust the wireless channel and channel width on your router, try to find one with better coverage, then reconnect to the network on the mac to confirm.


Could you please help me check the system info and driver info on the mac?
