Hi,

 

Since a couple of days one Deco unit is continuously dropping out the setup of 4 Deco's

 

It has been stable for months and suddenly this happens. I did not make any changes to the setup.

 

Any idea what this could be.

Good day,

Sorry for the delay.

Could you please help me check the following information:

  1. Would this Deco get  red when it is disconnected from the system?
  2. Have you tried to swap the location of this one, with the other 2 satellite units to get rid of the location issue?
  3. How long have you had the Deco?
  4. when you checked the signal source of this one, is it connected to the nearest Deco or not and how far away between these two units?

Q1 Yes

Q2 Yes

Q3 4 months

Q4 It is connected to the nearest, about 15 meters away
