On my M7200 model I cannot read incoming sms.
Is there an update to fix the problem?

To better assist you, please provide us with the below information:

Where are you located in and who is your SIM card carrier?
Did you have an issue with both sending and receiving SMS? Can I have a screenshot of the SMS page that when you cannot read the incoming SMS? Is it showing some numbers but turns blank when you click it?
Would reset temporally fix the issue?
What are the current firmware and hardware version of M7200?
