2.4GHZ is not working for all devices

Model: Archer C60

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20191106 rel.36548(5553)

Unable to connect to 2.4 GHZ, whenever i tried to connect it is showing "Unable to join the network"

let me know how to resolve this issue.
