no detecting any sim..

Good day,

Welcome to TP-Link community.

May I know where are you located?

How long have you had this modem and when did this issue start?

Have you tried to take out the SIM card, and put it back in, then reboot with the SIM card to have a look?

If possible, please test the modem with a second SIM card.

am located in India ,Kerala..

this issue started 1 month ago now. i just use without sim normal router mode  its working

after insert Sim card not working
