Hello folks, I'm new here in zhis community. Unfortunately I don't  success to activate my new BT-adapter on my desktop.

I connected the dongle in an open USB-port but in the Bluetooth section of the settings I receive only the hint that the installation of the driver was not successfull. So I cannot use my BT-Earphones. The Earphones work with my phone but not with the computer as the driver is not correctly installed.

Where can I find a driver to download ind install to get it runnin. ??

Was the modem number UB400 or UB4A?
