Hi,
I recently set up the deco 5 system and has been working fine Via my iPhone.
tried to connect the sky q boxes to it and it seems to have connected but the app shows that it isn't downloading or uploading anything.
i am not a techy person whatsoever so any help welcome but please tell me in a way a child can understand lol.

To better assist you, please provide us with the below information:
1. Ensure the Deco M5 firmware is up-to-date, which should be 1.4.9 Build 20200924 Rel. 60170. If not, update the firmware first on the Deco app.
2. Ensure the Deco app is the latest as well.
3. Please confirm the current network topology/layout, how are the three Deco M5 units connected?
4. Is the Sky Q system supporting both 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless? If they only support 2.4GHz, you may try to disable 5GHz on the Deco system and confirm again.
5. Try to connect the Sky Q system to the Deco M5 units with Ethernet cables and confirm is they can connect fine.
