Hi - I pluggd in a TP-linkbooster& was using work Laptp no issues (my room is long way from main router)(spotted the network with ending Ext so was just selecting that),then the following day i  launched personal laptop and in error connectedTP-link to phone. don't know how to unlink them. I find I am having 2 hotspot off mobile to use Laptp. i burnt 2 G today.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

May I know the model number of your range extender?

Just to confirm, the current issue is that the personal laptop and smartphone are not able to connect the Wi-Fi of the extender?

Is there any error message?

hi

this is the model:

TL-WA850RE(UK) ver:6.0

 

a while ago i plugged in the booster, and using my work laptop i was able to link to the home network with a suffix EXT . my connection was therefore good. 

 

Then i used my own laptop and wanted again to link to the booster. somehow i managed to link my mobile to the booster. Now, i do not know how to unlink the booster from my mobile, and link it to my personal laptop.
