How long have you had RE200？

Was it the first time to set up RE200 with the home router?

After the setup, will you see the 2.4ghz and 5ghz lit up?

What is your model number of your home router?

Have you checked if the password from the main router is correct or not, just in case any typos,  please try to forget router’s network and connect again?

It would be highly appreciated that you could provide more details about this issue.
