When viewing clients thru app, all devices show very minimal KB/S up or down.  Even while streaming on a Fire Stick 4K, 0 kb/s

Hello, can I have the screenshot of the KB/S up and down? Which app do you refer to?

 

May I know what is the bandwidth you got from your ISP, and how about the download and upload speed you get from the ISP modem directly? Ensure the internet is working fine when connected to the AX3000 network, then check and disable the QoS on it, confirm again if the speed is normal.
