Internet access issue with the TL-WN881ND v2

HI,
Hope you are well
i brought this card today so my desktop can gain internet access via wifi
i installed the drivers and all and the card pick up the connection and connects to my router fine.
the issue is it keeps on saying no internet access try everything removed driver reinstalled top link disabled the firewalls removed all vpns. did a dns flush ip on automatic .
when i try a anther branded usb dongle for wifi it works and picks up straight away.
Please advice on a guide on how to fix this issue will be greatly appricated.

May I know the operating system of your laptop?
What is the IP address after connecting to the Wi-Fi? And please also try to ping the gateway and Google DNS 8.8.8.8 to check the connection as well, such as:

By the way, what is the model number of the home router?
