Hi, my home router broke and I got a new with a new Wi-Fi name and pass, but now I can't access the extended to change the network. Tried to reset but it still pops ups with the old Wi-Fi name and the pass.

May I know the model number of your new router?
Have you tried to power off the RE200 then wait for 2-3mins; then power it back and hold the reset pinhole for 10s again to see if you could see the default Wi-Fi show up?
After that, you could try to use http://tplinkrepeater.net to see whether you could access to the web UI or not;
By the way, where are you located and how long have you had the RE200?
