Model: Adapter
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1030.38.712.2019

I have a tp link ac600, archer t2u plus. I could see both my bands just a few days ago and can still see other's 2.4ghz bands but not my own. I can see and connect to my 5ghz band only.

@zone

Hi, welcome to TP-Link community.

Could you please help me check the following details first:

  1. The 2.4ghz worked fine before and just stopped recently, right? And did the main home 2.4ghz still work well?
  2. Are you able to detect other 2.4ghz bands around?
  3. Is there any change recently, such as you accidental change the wireless mode of the T2U to be 802.11ac only?
  4. Have you tried to change the 2.4ghz channel of the home router to be channel 11?

If possible, please try to update to the following driver to have a look:

Thank you very much.
