They are almost the same with a slight difference.

Both support Windows XP，7-10 and share the same driver.

Maybe you could tell me which feature that you care about most so that I could have a further check to locate the difference;

Good day Kathy, I just want to know what's the difference between these two versions, because I'm planning to get this device but at the retails they are selling both versions, so I'm not sure which one should I get? Would appreciate it if you can share the differences between these two. Thanks

Sorry for the delay.

Comparing with V1, V2 would have a new VI and there is no other obvious different recorded(same chipset, same supported operating system, same wireless link speed).
