I am having the same problem. Windows 10, happening for few weeks now, since I bought the adapter.
The problem is that the connection is just interrupted, the wi-fi turns off. If I click on the internet/wi-fi icon in Win10, it doesn't see any wi-fi network for 10-15 seconds and then they appear again. I am able to connect to the wi-fi immediately after that, but I am losing connection several times a day. This is especially problematic at this moment, when all my work is being done from home and I have bought this adapter in order to speed up the built-in 2.4GHz access to 5GHz which is supported by T2U Nano.
I have re-installed the driver from the website.

Have you tried to update the driver of the T2U nano on the Windows 10? Here it is, you may give it a go (shares the same chipset with T2U v3):

It is also suggested changing the router's 5GHz band channel to 36,40,44, channel width to be 40MHz to check again the speed.
