Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20200527 rel.22637(4555)

Hello,

I bought a new router AX20.

 

Firmware Version :
1.1.1 Build 20200527 rel.22637(4555) (latest version for my router)
Hardware Version :
Archer AX20 v1.0

 

All works OK, but only one of my mobile phone (XIAOMI Redmi Note 8T) cannot connect to internet.

On profile of my WiFi network on mobile I see only status "saved", but cannot switch to status "connected".

 

When I try to connect to quest network, mobile phone is connected without problems.

 

Mobile phone is updated to the latest version...

 

Can You help me to solve this problem ?

Thx for info, it helped me.

I tried to change security setting on my WiFi network, and now it is  OK, mobile can connect to the router on main network without problem.

I changed this setting:

 

Error setting:

 

Security: WPA/WPA2-Personal

Version: WPA2-PSK

Encryption: AES

 

Good setting:

 

Security: WPA2/WPA3-Personal

Version: Auto

I don't know if it's related in any way, but I can tell you that in my household we have a Xiaomi Mi A2 phone (Android 10) that can't connect to my AX50 router if I allow only WPA2-PSK-AES as WiFi security. (which I would prefer to do)

That Xiaomi Mi A2 will only connect to the AX50 router if I also allow the old WPA WiFi security in addition to WPA2.
