Firmware Version: 1.1.6 Build 20200422 rel.51661(5553)

Why this archer c6 (us) router have not bandwidth control option?This is not a normal router this is a 1000mbps router.even a normal router have a bandwidth control option.Please next update you can add this option neither i never used tp-link company products.

Hello, thanks for your feedback.

 

The Archer C6 does not support bandwidth control yet, in other word, we cannot limit the download/upload speed of some specific devices.


While it supports QoS, you may refer to the below instructions to configure it and see if it helps:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2797/

 

Good news is that we have noted this request to add the support for the bandwidth control feature and forwarded to the developers as a feature request, they will take a look if they can re-design the feature in the foreseeable future.
