May I know the model number of your TP-Link router?

And how about the hardware and firmware version about the router?

The default log in username and password are admin/admin;

And if you registered the TP-Link ID, the login username and password would be the email and email password;

While if you forget the password, you could reset the password through email address; or reset the router to the factory default if no email bound;
