Did you still have the same issue now？

Have you tried to connect a laptop via Ethernet cable to the switch to check if there is any internet service on the computer, and what is the IP address from the computer?

Please also connect the switch to different Ethernet ports of Asus router, and test the TV with another port from the switch as well;

 And would there be any error message when TV failed to get internet from the switch?

@Kathy_Z Thanks for the reply. I found out that it was the cable, that was causing the problem. I replaced my old cat6 ftp cable with a new cat6a cable and then it worked. So nothing wrong with the switch.
