My TL-WN725N wifi adapter does not recognize when my wifi router is transmitting in IEEE 802.11n

I recently TL-WN725N wifi adapter for my desktop running in windows 7. It recognizes the wifi network with it is transmitting in IEEE 802.11g.
But does not recognize when my wifi router is transmitting in IEEE 802.11n. The product does say it supports IEEE 802.11n.
I downloaded the drivers from tplink website for V3 and installed.

Good day,
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
Sorry for the delay.
When you said, not recognize, did you mean that the adapter was not able to detect the 2.4ghz of the home router?
May I know the model number of your home router?
Please try to update the following driver to have a look:

Thanks a lot.

It's the same version of driver that I have already installed.
What I mean is when the wifi router is transmitting under 802.11g then the adapter picks up the wifi network and I am able to connect to it. But when wifi router is set to transmit under 802.11n then the wifi network does not even show up for me to connect to it.
The same happens when I set my router to transmit under 40 mhz. The adapter only works when the router is transmitting under 20 mhz.
