This adapter is not connecting to 5ghz network of wifi. It works well on 2.4ghz
It does not work on windows 7 and 10 both

How long have you had the adapter and did it work fine before?
Is there any error message when it failed to connect the 5ghz?
Please try to install the following driver on windows 10 to have a look:
