I am a Mac user. I am the administrator of my macbook and set up  2 user accounts for my kids under parental control. I bought the adaptor Archer T4U and installed the driver for all users from the CD. However, the TP-Link Utility icon only shown in the taskbar under administrator account but nothing in the other 2 user accounts which are under parental control. They cannot connect to internet.

 

Could anyone advise? Thank you!

Can you see the USB adapter hardware detected under the kids’ account?

And if the hardware could be detected, we could try to download the driver from the official website and manually install it on the MAC to have a look:
