It won't allow connecting to the selected device, I have a Samsung phone it won't connect to the extension other devices and phone connected ok.

Please help

May I know the model number and operating system of your Samsung smartphone?

Is there any error message when it failed to connect the RE200?

Did the smartphone work fine with the home router?
