Hello,

 

I bought the TP-Link TL-WN823N WLAN USB Stick weeks ago and it worked perfectly, however I have a connection issue since yesterday. I no internet access after minutes and have to reconnect it every 5-6 minutes. I tried it with multiple wlan routers even hotspot but the problem is still the same. Wlan works normal on mobile devices and laptop, so I'm pretty sure its a adapter issue.

Is the hardware version of TL-WN823n V1?

May I know the operating system of your computer?

The wireless network is still connected but no internet when it happened, right?

Could you please help me check the IP address and ping the gateway to check the connection, such as?

 

If possible, please try to update the following driver to have a look:

https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202006/20200601/00015960-RTLWlanU_WindowsDriver_1030.38.0712.2019_Drv_3.00.0032.L.zip

 

By the way, may I know where are you located?
