Hey, I'm from India. I bought MR6400 router a week ago and I am using Jio 4G sim in it. I can't receive or send sms. I've reset the router once but problem still persists. It has latest firmware. If anyone has solution, please help me.

And have you tested on the smartphone to see if you could always get SMS?
By the way, if you checked under basic>network map>message or advanced>SMS>inbox, is there any message?

@Sunshine Hey, I've tested the sim with smartphone. I was getting regular sms messages about my data usage and balance. It's just not showing when it's in the router.
And yes, I've checked all those locations you mentioned. It's showing 0 sms.
Please tell me how to fix it.

@Prashantsingh I too bought TL MR100 and using JIO sim..... everything is working fine but except no SMS can be received or send....Did u get any solution for that?
