Parental Control block to much (WhatsApp, Play Store..)

Hello, I have a problem, when I enable Parental Control and put Adult words to block kinds off Adult sites.

Ween a try to access google play store from the smartphone it wont work well, as well as whatsApp doesn´t send messeges or receive!

Can anybody help?

Hi, do you mean both google play store and whatsapp work properly if you delete the Parental Control rules?

May I know what are the specific Parental Control rules on your AX10 web interface, did you refer to the below guide to configure it?
