Hello,

My cable modem has diagnostic and information pages available at 192.168.100.1 but at times connections from web browsers on the LAN side will fail with message saying the remote site is taking too long to respond.  A hard reboot (power disconnect) is usually needed to restore the ability to connect to those pages.  This happens approx every few days.

I do NOT have any static routes defined.

Short of manually unplugging and replugging the power every time, is there a way to fix this behavior?

Thank you.
