Hi,

It attempts to refresh but stops after a second.

Prior to Deco M5 1.5.0 it was updating and took around 30 seconds.

See attached screen recording.

Thanks,

Michael

Hi,

I have a network composed of 3 X60 (V1.0) and 2 M4R (V2.0). The M4R updated themselves, but when I tried to update the X60, it seems to have a similar firmware as the beta. I am on Build 20200709 Rel. 46606. The beta is: x60-SP1-up-ver1-2-5-P1[20200922-rel54037]_2020-09-22_15.07.18

So, is the beta identical? Because if I try to update manually, it gives a Operation Failed message.

Thank you!

@TP-Link_Deco Regarding The Antivirus - Hi - i have the same issue with 1.5.0 - Tapping on refresh causes the update wheel to spin for a second but never updates. Stays on the same date..

@golar3

Hi, thanks for asking.

Currently we only have the beta firmware for the X60 while there is an official firmware for Deco M4R, that's why you can update the Deco M4R via the APP update. If you want to upgrade the Deco X60 to the latest beta, you will need to update it manually, as there is no update on the APP. You can refer to the download link in my post and there is a guide in it.

BTW, you can also wait for days, we will soon release the official version for the Deco X60 as well. Thanks.

@TP-Link_Deco

Hi

I'm using M4R(2.0), and both at the iOS app (v 2.3.9) and the web interface, there is no new firmware update available.

Current version: 1.4.2 Build 20200727 Rel. 37987.

Is the firmware released only to certain parts of the world yet?

I'm in Norway.

Cheers.

Edit:
I also tried to download the firmware v 1.4.3 from the M4R support firmware page, and manually upload and install it from the web interface. I get a message that it is uploading, and a confirmation that it was successful. But after that, nothing happens.
