[Solution] Weak secuirty issue on the IOS system

Background:
Some of you may have updated your Apple devices to the latest iOS 14 version and get a “Weak Security” warning message when connecting to the Deco network.
Why Deco network is displayed as “Weak Security”?
Deco by default secured your wireless network with a mixed WPA/WPA2-AES/TKIP security, and the previous firmware was not allowed to manually configure the security mode. While iOS14 and some new operating systems consider other than the latest WPA3 and WPA2 AES to have security issues.
Solution:
1.The latest firmware version has allowed users to manually configure the security mode; Please make sure that you have updated Deco to the latest firmware;
2.Please ensure you are running the latest Deco app on your phone;
Then Launch your Deco app->MORE->Wi-Fi, tap the password box and you will be able to change the Security Type:
Note:
1.Sometimes Deco APP might fail to get the latest firmware upgrade notification, please also check on the local official website to ensure you have the latest firmware;
2. After changing the security mode to WPA2-PSK (AES) only, If some of your old IoT devices cannot connect to the Deco network anymore, you could change the security back to the mixed WPA2-PSK (AES)+WPA-PSK (TKIP) as your devices might not support the newer AES version.

@TP-Link_Deco I was able to upgrade my Deco M9 Plus V1 to Beta version 1.4.3. However, Have been only able to upgrade my Deco M9 Plus V2 to version 1.4.2.
When I try to upgrade using the file contained in Deco M9 Plus_V2: https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202009/20200922/Deco_M9Plus_V2_1.4.3.zip I got an error message that this firmware is older than the one already installed in the Deco M9 Plus V2, It seems this beta is just version 1.4.0
WHat should I do?

Everything works as you instructed in my Deco M9 Plus V2 from Windows 10.
I was having the annoying message about weak security, but it was gone after forget/reconnect to the Wi-Fi without upgrade to beta firmware.
Anyways, I upgraded for fun , here are my notes regarding the firmware upgrade using the Upgrade Utility (Windows 10).
Upgrade Utility works only after disabling all (virtual and local) network interfaces and leaving only enabled the Wi-Fi as advised here:
https://www.tp-link.com/de/support/faq/2930/
I upgraded via Wireless, checking that I was connected to main Deco as requested but not explained "How" in the PDF inside the ZIP firmware file:
Deco M9 Plus_V2: https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202009/20200922/Deco_M9Plus_V2_1.4.3.zip
To check to which Deco you are connected go to Deco App > Overview > Network Devices > "Your Device" > "Gear Symbol" > Linked Deco.
The final result in my case is shown in the next image:

@olafrv the message did not go away with IOS 14 even after turning off WiFi and during It back on. After installing the beta the message went away.

@TP-Link_Deco I have a DECO M3 system, which consists of 1 x DECO M4R and 1 x DECO M3W.
In your list of beta firmware, I cannot see M4R (with the R at the end) neither the M3W.
Will be a beta or official firmware update regarding the "weak network" issue for these models as well? What about a web interface?
Thank you
