Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 4 . 16

Hello sir, I have problem in my router Model TL-WR840N(EU) . Its shows all lead green but am not able to get the internet connection in my phone . I have done all the steps which i can do reset reboot still am not able to get the connection in my phone. Kindly please tell me what to do??

But if you still failed, please refer to the troubleshooting suggestions below to check your settings:

BTW, who is your ISP, and do you have internet access when you plug the computer directly into the modem?

yes i did check on computer but not able to connect to my phone even i have updated its firm ware from offical site. Even tried to connect technical support team but they didn't pick the call. Now tell me what to do @Kevin_Z

If you put this static IP address and gateway on your computer directly and connect that computer to your ISP modem, do you have internet access?

 

Who is your ISP?
