Hi friends, I have 300/300 symmetric fiber and I only get to 43 upload while download I get 300 with the wifi adapter TP-Link Archer T3U Plus AC1300 in 5ghz net, usb 3.0 and Windows 10 pro, How is possible? if I test the symmetric fiber with cable I get 300/300 so I have discarded that it is a technical problem of my telephone company

For your case, could you please help me check the following information:

  1. if you test on the mobile phone with the home router or other laptops, how about the download speed and upload speed?
  2. May I know the model number of your home router?

1 if i use laptop or mobile phone i get 300/300 +-

2 my Home router is HGU GPT-2541GNAC Movistar 

 

  
In my new test, if I connect TP-Link Archer T3U Plus to another computer it also gives 300/300, so it´s works fine but my computer has to have something wrong, do I have to do something to have the whole bandwide? Thank you

 

My computer is

 

i5 8400 16 gb ram ddr4

 

rx 5700 xt

 

ssd and hdd

 

Windows 10 Pro

 

Motherbase gigabyte b360m h

Sorry for the delay.

Please try to update the following driver to have a look:

https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202006/20200601/00015960-RTLWlanU_WindowsDriver_1030.38.0712.2019_Drv_3.00.0032.L.zip

And also update the windows system to be the latest one if possible;
