Hi

i cannot Connect The router properly. I connected it to the modem just like my previous router, but The leds keeps blinking. First The power led is blinking - then The first three led is on - and then all The led is on for about 30 seconds. Then ir starts all over.

i cant find it on The network list either.

Can anyone help?

Hello,

 

Is the model number correct, Archer C9? How about the hardware version? When did you purchase it and did it work before? 

 

Do you use the original power adapter? Please check and confirm if the power adapter matches the requirement showing on the router bottom label, which should be 12V/3.3A.

 

If it is brand new and you are using the original power adapter, most importantly, the power supply in your house is stable and all other devices are stable, it is suggested to contact your reseller to replace it directly.
