Why is my tp-link archer t9uh recognized usb2.1 on my mac.
So That I could not use it with AC1900 speed!!
I run the speed test is around 35-36Mbps.

Did you also plug the T9UH to the USB3.0 port on the Macbook?
Is your computer connected to the 5Ghz of your home router?
Have you tried to update the following driver:

I use Mac OS X not Windows, the driver and the way to check the diver information you provided are all for windows.
And I'm sure that the usb hub I used is usb 3.0.
