Model: UE300
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 10.39.20.518

I bought UE300(UN) V3.0 adapter and I plugged in my HP AU003TX laptop. I have inbuilt Realtek PCLe FE family controller which shows only 100Mbps in "Ethernet speed" also I have Intel(R) dual band wireless - AC3165 in my laptop. After disabling them and plugging in the UE300, the "Ethernet status" still shows 100.0Mbps only. . 1. I tried changing cables both CAT6 and CAT6 but still same 2. I installed 10.39.20.518 driver 3. I tried plugging in all USB ports (2 USB 3.0 and 1 USB 2.0)

@Samuel20sam

Good day.

Sorry for the delay.

Please go to network>network sharing center>change adapter settings> properties>configure Realtek family controller----see attached picture;

Then manually change the negotiation speed to 1000M/s full duplex.

Thank you very much!
