Driver Error on UB400 and Windows 10

Model: Adapter

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version:

When I insert the brand new UB400 Bluetooth adapter, I see a driver error and inability to rectify. It's advertised as plug and play capable for Windows 10.

In device manager, it shows "Generic Bluetooth Radio", and in Bluetooth settings, it shows the device with a subheading of "Driver error".

I'm running Windows 10 ver 2004

Good day.

Most of the time, UB400 is plug and play.

Just in case the computer could not get driver from internet, please refer to the following driver:

UB400(UN)_V1_Windows

https://static.tp-link.com/2018/201812/20181221/UB400_Driver.zip

By the way, can you see the Bluetooth icon showing up even though there is a driver error?
