Hi

I am using TP-LINK (Archer T2U) AC600 Dual Band Wireless USB Adapter

And I observe that the Wi-fi for my PC will auto stop and no network detected,i need to go to WiFi setting to manually turn off Wifi and turn on again to detect the Wifi and connect again.

It happen to me more than 10 times a day and i would like to ask why it happen?

I use window 10

and the driver version is 1030.27.425.2018

Thanks

@Bob_Lee

Good day.

May I know how long have you had the adapter and when did this issue start?

Just to be sure, when it auto stopped, none of the networks could be detected, or just the main router’s Wi-Fi network?

At this moment, before turning off the Wi-Fi, could you please check whether the status of the adapter is working properly or not? https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/284/

And please update the driver to be the following one

https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202006/20200601/00015960-RTLWlanU_WindowsDriver_1030.38.0712.2019_Drv_3.00.0032.L.zip

How to use the driver: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/284/

Thank you!

@Kathy_Z

I have the Adaptor for around 2 - 3 weeks and It start after 1 week i use it,. but seems it become more and more often.

I check with the Adapter when it's down,, and check with the hardware with the message " "This device is working properly.""

I will install the driver you provide and see if it will improve.

Thanks

Bobby
