Call of Duty doesn't only work with me on my router

The problem is only with my router. Call of Duty game does not work with me. When I replace the router, the game is working. I went to my service and he told me the problem is with the ip router .

Do you mean all the other internet services are working fine when connected to this C58HP, only this Call of Duty game does not work? Is there any error message when you try to play that game?
You may try to change the WAN DNS server on the C58HP to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 to give it a go.
Is there any special setting on the C58HP, such as QoS or access control? You may try to factory reset it to factory defaults and reconfigure it from scratch to confirm again.
