In the last few weeks the router continuously loosing internet connectivity as well as the WiFi access isn't available

 the problem solved with turn off & on... but it can repeat few times a day

 what shall I do?

For your case, please help me check the following information

  1. What is the hardware and firmware version about the Archer VR600?
  2. When you mentioned: Wi-Fi access isn't available, did you mean the Wi-Fi signal would disappear, or just not able to connect the Wi-Fi, any error message?
  3. Did both wireless connection and wired connection drop out frequently?
  4. Have you ever contacted the service provider to see if there is not unstable issue from their side?

thanks for reaching out

basically even when trying to connect via lan - failed to reach the admin view

I had a call with the service today and they decided to replace my router
