Hardware version of the device: Tp-link tl sc 3230
Adapter mode: Accept WIFI
Operating System: Win 10
What anti-virus/firewall software is installed on your computer: Officially from Windows.
Problem Description: Yesterday I bought Tp link tl sc 3230, connected it, installed the drivers. The web page failed to open, I checked the ping via cmd, the packets were transmitted without being lost. Please help

May I know where are you located and where you bought this security camera?

And can I have a picture of the bottom label on the camera?
