Hi everyone,

 

So I just got the Archer T5E network adapter, and successfully installed it. On one hand I have great 3.6G internet access, but on the other hand have no internet access on 5G. Just to clerify, I've tested the 5G network with other devices and it works great. Moreover, the Archer T5E detects the 5G network, connects to it, but has no internet access. Lastly, I've downloaded and installed the latest driver.

Good day.

May I know the modem number of your main router?

Could you please check the IP address when the computer was connected to the 5ghz?

By the way, could you please test to connect the computer to connect the 5ghz of the mobile hotspot to have a look?

Would you please help me check the system info on the computer, such as https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/

Hi,

Sorry for the delay.

When you connect to the mobile hotspot, can you get the internet?

And have you ever noticed the IP address of your smartphone when it is connected to the 5Ghz of the main router, is it only 10.100.102.xxx?

By the way, if you disable and enable the wireless adapter again, would the IP address be different?
