Hello!

I just finished upgrading my pc, I got a new Gigabyte B550 Gaming X motherboard.

I finished installing windows, and I tried to install drivers for my TX3000E (which I previously used on my old motherboard, and it worked just fine), but I realized my PC does not even recognize the device at all.

It is plugged into a PCI 1 slot (i also tried a PCI 2), yet nothing shows up in my device manager, and if I check PCI devices from my BIOS, it is also not showing up there.

I have already updated my BIOS to the latest version, and I cannot get the adapter to work. I really need internet connection, as I need to work.

Any help?

Thanks in advance!

@Kathy_Z Hello!

Here is the screenshot for the system info: https://imgur.com/a/rw08nYu

Also, here are more pictures of my issue: https://imgur.com/a/0c0nBxR

As you can see here, the card doesn't show up in BIOS either, device manager has no unknown devices, and the card is plugged into the PCIEX1_3 slot. And yes, I have tried moving the card into different slots. I actually tried putting it into literally every slot except the X16. so i tried in PCIEX1_1, PCIEX1_2, PCIEX1_3 and PCIEX2 without any change.

My motherboard keeps ignoring the card

Thanks in advance!

@Teodor0620

Do you mean you have the same situation as Matukaa? Have you referred to the suggestions in the below post?

https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/215446

What if you test this adapter on another computer? Will it work fine?

BTW, when did you purchase this adapter? Have it ever worked on this Gigabyte B550 Gaming X motherboard?
