Hi, 

My new Archer A9 doesn't recognize my storejet 2TB 25M3 connected via USB. However, it does work just fine when I connect my Storejet 320Gb 25M2. I used Y cable with additional power supply to connect both drives to my router. Both drives are working fine when connected directly to my laptop.

Any recommendation to get this resolved?

Additionally, you may try to plug this storejet 2TB 25M3 to the USB port of the A9 directly and confirm again.
