Deco M5 1.4.7 Firmware Update

Has anyone else updated their Deco M5 with the latest firmware:. 1.4.7. I haven't noticed any real improvement yet after upgrade. What I did notice is they still haven't added the ability to select channels....this lack of functionality and ongoing issues is making me return the Deco M5's.

i have exactly the same issue! 5 decos purchased separately! The first 2 decos (in the order of purchase - as a two pack) are still on 1.4.4 while the last 3 decos I purchased (as a 3 pack) have just updated to 1.4.7!

I upgraded last week (I got some X20s so the M5s aren't as critical) and glad to see they are working beautifully.

@dk61 I have to be honest I wish I never upgraded the last firmware on thr 5 Deco M5s I have. Since then they have been terribly unstable. They were solid prior to that and if I could roll back I would.
TP link need to look at this urgently.

Hmmmm, my Deco M5 units have been on version "1.5.1 Build 20201022 Rel. 66804" for months and it's been extremely stable for me. No problems whatsoever.
