For the TL-WN722N V3, it supported monitor mode on Linux kernel version(2.6.18 ~ 4.4.3).
While for higher Linux version, there is no TP-Link official driver anymore.
And there is the chipset of the TL-WN722N v3, RTL8188EUS, If you do not mind, please try to search on Linux official website or some reliable third-party sites like Github to get more details.
