UE330 losing connection

I'm tryign to use a UE330 on a Dell Laptop, but it keeps losing connection. From Windows 10 settings / network the network status cycles between connected and not connected about every 5 to 10 seconds.
I tried testing it on a desktop, but I get error missing USB LAN 10/100/1000 driver.

Good day.
Could you please help me check the following information:
- How long have you had the adapter and when did the issue start?
- When the connection lost, how to recover the connection? Unplug and plug the adapter back? Or it would automatically recover?
- Could you please help me check the system info and driver info on the computer, such as : https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/;
- By the way, if you disable the wireless connection, Ethernet connection on the computer, only leave the UE330, would the internet connection get much stable?
Thank you very much!

Good day,
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
Have you tried to update the following driver to see if that helped:
if possible please try to change a different Ethernet cable just in case the cable is the problem.
And have you checked when the internet lost, what is the IP address on the computer?
Thank you~

@Kathy_Z - Updating the driver didn't make any difference. Turning off the Wi-Fi reduced the frequency of losing connection, but it is still occasionally lost. However, the speed is extremely slow, less than 15 Mbps, when it's 130+ Mbps when using Wi-Fi. The ethernet is running at 1 Gbps, and other computers connected via ethernet are seeing speed around 150 Mbps.

System info:
Dell Inspiron 15 7591 2-in-1
Internet speed test varied, usually 120 Mbps to 140 Mbps (which is the expected speed), occasionally less than 20 Mbps due to some issue.
I posted a question at Amazon, and at least one other person is having the same problem:

Good day.
Sorry for the delay.
Have you ever noticed when would the speed drop to less than 20m/s?
And at this moment, did you do something on the computer, such as gaming, live streaming or downloading large files?
When the speed slows down, what do you do to recover the speed, or would it get back to 120-130m/s automatically?
Thank you very much!
