Firmware Version: 1.2.11 Build 20190926 Rel. 55727

I bought a 4th M9 node and added it to my existing 3 M9 network.

Connection went fine but when I open/ check the 4th node I don't see any activity or connected devices!

it is stuck in 

Deco Health Check

Deco is working well

I can't access any other details about the node.

 

i can see the build firmware is different to my other 3 nodes but I can't upgrade.....message says all up to date.

 

Is the 4th node bust...or just crap firmware bugs?

Please update the firmware of all your Deco M9 again using the tool. Run in compatibility mode under windows 10

 

Download the update tool from here :

https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202007/20200713/M9Plus_2.0_upgrade_tool_v1.1.1_win32.zip

 

download the firmware 1.4.0 from here :

https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202006/20200623/Deco_M9Plus_V2_1.4.0.zip

 

After updating, you will be able to see the devices

Thanks but im using a Mac...is there a mac version of the upgrade tool?
