Hi,
I've an Archer VR400 that from time to time I'm suffering from disconecttions from the internet.
from the logs I see "pp1 LCP down"
and before that I see "user alredy is signed" my ISP says that they see double connections.
how can I solv that?
another question, is there a way to see the sync status?

Good Day,
Thank you very much for your feedback.
Please refer to the following information;
- As for how to check the sync status, please check the following picture:
And for the unstable connection, could you please help me check the following information:
- When the internet dropped, would the internet light on the modem turn off or stay solid on?
- Have you ever tried to update the firmware to be the latest one: ArcherVR400(EU)_V2_200706
https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202007/20200717/Archer_VR400(EU)V2_200706.zip
3.How about the dropping frequency and when the internet dropped, how to recover the connection?
Thank you~

thanks for your replay!
regarding your questions.
1) it stays solid on
2) I didn't know that I've newer FW version. I checked for a newer version in the FW upgrade page and it said that I've the newest one.
do you suggest to upgrade the version with the zip you supplied?
3) nothing it returs by itself.

Good day.
Thank you very much for your detailed information.
Yes, the FW ArcherVR400(EU)_V2_200706 I have sent to you is a EU version, so If possible, please have a check on the bottom label to see if it is the EU version as well.
If yes, please have a try of the latest firmware.
Thanks a lot.

Good day.
Sorry for the delay.
May I know how long have you had the router and when did the issue start?
Could you please help me check the IP address and default gateway when the internet dropped?
Did both wireless and Ethernet connection have the same unstable issue?
By the way, may I know where are you located?
Thank you very much.
