*MY SITUATION*

 

> IPv6 I used for accessing my home because my IPv4 are Carrier Grade NAT.

 

In the below pictures I had omitted the MAC Address & unneeded info, otherwise the picture is self-explanatory.

I've double checked the router SIM on my smartphone and it has IPv6 there.

I've factory reset the router, nothing changed.

I am almost certain the router are at fault, my LTE smartphone have IPv6, until I connect to router wifi, then I lost the IPv6 on my smartphone.

It could be my ISP doing something though, not excluding it but very tiny chance here.

Tested by https://test-ipv6.com and CMD> ipconfig /all.

 

 

> SMS I used to check remaining data, text came, there is notify, but when I click to view them in SMS tab (any tab that allows) there are no SMS entry.

 

I've factory reset the router, it is back to normal now.

My educated guess is it MIGHT have something to do with Draft.

*UPDATE*

 

> Found the solution for IPv6 on the router.

 

Go to:

 

Advanced Tab > Network > Internet > Create Profile

 

Then change your PDP Type to IPv4 & IPv6.

Advanced Tab > Network > Internet > Create Profile

 

Then change your PDP Type to IPv4 & IPv6.

Probably worth mentioning that switching to Ivp6 will cause quite a few problems on these 4g routers. I couldn't make WhatsApp calls or video calls and emails wouldn't send or receive from Outlook app on my phone. Likely will come across issues with ps4 and PC gaming and other issues too. I switched to ivp4 only and all my problems got fixed.

I'm having the same issue with SMS, when I'm clicking to view the SMS tab there are no SMS entries.
Do we have a fix?

We had several feedbacks about SMS recently and might need your help to get the following information:

  1. If you put the sim card into the smartphone, are you able to send and receive the SMS?
  2. Are you able to see any SMS under the basic>network map>message, or advanced>SMS>inbox?
  3. If you reset the modem, are you able to see the SMS now?
  4. Where are you located and who is your sim card carrier?
  5. May I know the firmware version of the MR200 v4, is it Build 200526 Rel.36799n?

We had several feedbacks about SMS recently and might need your help to get the following information:

  1. If you put the sim card into the smartphone, are you able to send and receive the SMS? Yes, this is what I did eventually 
  2. Are you able to see any SMS under the basic>network map>message, or advanced>SMS>inbox? No
  3. If you reset the modem, are you able to see the SMS now? Yes up to 3 SMS
  4. Where are you located and who is your sim card carrier? Israel, I tried two different carriers, Hot mobile and Partner.
  5. May I know the firmware version of the MR200 v4, is it Build 200526 Rel.36799n? Yes, Firmware Version:1.17.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200526 Rel.36799n Hardware Version:Archer MR200 v4 00000001
